摘要
应用膨胀颗粒污泥床(EGSB)-好氧接触氧化床对均衡池混合废水进行小试试验,研究组合工艺对高浓度化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果,并分析挥发酸(VFA)浓度和温度对系统的影响。结果表明:在容积负荷率(VLR)为6 kg COD/(m3.d)以下,EGSB对COD的去除率为80%;在进水COD浓度≤4 000 mg/L时,EGSB对COD的去除率为85%,总的去除率为95%左右,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)二级排放标准。
The integrated EGSB - aerobic process was used to treat the mixture wastewater of heat - resistant agent and release agent, COD removal efficiency of the process was studied, effect VFA and temperature on the system was investigated. The results show that when VLR is below 6 kg COD/( m^3 · d), COD removal rate of EGSB is 80% ;when influent COD is under 4 000 mg/ L ,COD removal rate of EGSB is 85% ,total removal rate is about 95% ,and the effluent COD could meet the quality II of discharge standard of wastewater pollutants for industry ( GB8978 - 1996 ) .
