摘要
研究了茶薪菇(Agrocybe chaxingu Huang)不同生长发育阶段中6种与培养料组分分解相关的胞外酶活性变化。结果表明6种胞外酶活性均不同,但变化规律趋于一致,酶活性均随第一潮子实体的成熟出现一个活性峰值;在营养生长期,酶活性处于整体上升趋势,生殖生长阶段则呈下降趋势,部分酶活性后期基本丧失。
The changes of six extraccellular enzyme activities which were associated with the cultivation composition during the growth of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang were investigated in this paper. The results showed that there are differences of the six enzymatic activities, however, the change profiles were similar. There was an peak of activity in the maturation of fruitbodies. The enzyme activities were increased during myeelium growth stage and decreased during fruiting stage, and part of enzymes lost their activities in later period of cultivation.
