摘要 以豆粕为原料,利用混菌固态发酵生产高蛋白饲料。通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化发酵条件。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌KS11∶酿酒酵母JM1∶酿酒酵母JM2=2∶1∶1,接菌量5%,豆粕添加0.5%尿素和0.1%硫酸铵,料水比1∶1,30℃发酵48h,饲料中真蛋白含量达到41.72%,比发酵前提高21.56%。 Using soybean meal as raw material, high protein feed was produced with multi-strains solid-state fermention. Fermentation conditions were optimized with single factor and orthogonal test design. Results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were: ratios of inoculation 2:1:1 for Bacillus subtilus KS11 :Saccharomyces cerevisia JM1 :Saccharomyces cerevisia JM2; inoculum at 5%; and the medium with addition of 0.5% urea and 0.1% ammonium sulfate in soybean meal with solid-liquid ratio at 1:1; incubated at 30℃ for 48 h. The content of protein in feed reached 41.72%, which increased by 21.56% to the unfermented.
