高蛋白豆粕饲料发酵条件研究

Fermentation conditions for high protein feed by soybean meal

以豆粕为原料,利用混菌固态发酵生产高蛋白饲料。通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化发酵条件。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌KS11∶酿酒酵母JM1∶酿酒酵母JM2=2∶1∶1,接菌量5%,豆粕添加0.5%尿素和0.1%硫酸铵,料水比1∶1,30℃发酵48h,饲料中真蛋白含量达到41.72%,比发酵前提高21.56%。

Using soybean meal as raw material, high protein feed was produced with multi-strains solid-state fermention. Fermentation conditions were optimized with single factor and orthogonal test design. Results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were： ratios of inoculation 2：1：1 for Bacillus subtilus KS11 ：Saccharomyces cerevisia JM1 ：Saccharomyces cerevisia JM2; inoculum at 5%; and the medium with addition of 0.5% urea and 0.1% ammonium sulfate in soybean meal with solid-liquid ratio at 1：1; incubated at 30℃ for 48 h. The content of protein in feed reached 41.72%, which increased by 21.56% to the unfermented.
