摘要
对燃料乙醇生产过程中的废纤维原料-木薯酒糟稀酸预处理最佳条件进行了探索研究。利用高压灭菌锅在不同压力、时间和稀硫酸浓度下对木薯酒糟进行预处理,通过测定水解液中还原糖浓度和葡萄糖浓度确定最佳的稀酸预处理条件。综合考虑还原糖浓度和葡萄糖浓度,得出最佳的预处理条件为压力0.1MPa,时间1h,稀硫酸浓度为3%。在此条件下,水解液中还原糖浓度可达3.25%,葡萄糖浓度可达2.42%。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the optimal pretreatment conditions for waste fiber material-cassava lees which is by-product of fuel ethanol production by diluted acid. Cassava lees was pretreated by high-pressure sterilization pot with different pressures, time and concentration of dilute sulfuric acid. The optimal conditions for dilute acid pretreatment were determined by measuring concentration of reducing sugar and glucose in the hydrolysate. The results showed that the optimal pressure, time and diluted sulfuric acid concentration were 0.1MPa, 1.0h and 3% respectively. Under this condition, the concentration of reducing sugar reached to 3.25% and glucose reached to 2.42% in the hydrolysate.
