摘要 中国产险公司人力资本对技术效率的影响存在"双门限效应",处于低人力资本水平的公司通过适当的人力资本投入跨过人力资本水平的"门限"即可以获得更大的技术效率提升。 The effect of human capital in China Property Insurance Corporation on technical efficiency has ＂double threshold effect＂. The corporations with low-level human capital can exceed the human capital threshold and improve technical efficiency through proper human capital investment.
