摘要
本文分析、讨论一种针对中小批量、多品种生产的车间CIM方案─—独立制造岛．在分析该方案特点的基础上，对该方案的总体规划和作业计划问题进行了阐述．
A workshop's CIM plan, the manufacturing cell, is analysed and discussed in the paper in accordance with middle or small batch and various kinds of productions. Its feature is analysed and the questions total planing and job schedualing are explained.
