活血止痛酊离子导入加局部注射曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎

Huoxue Zhitong Tincture Iontophoresis and Joint Cavity Injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察活血止痛酊离子导入加局部注射曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:观察组予活血止痛酊离子导入加局部注射曲安奈德治疗,对照组予局部注射曲安奈德,记录视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及WOMAC指数。结果:两组治疗后WOMAC指数有显著好转,观察组疗效较对照组有显著提高。结论:活血止痛酊离子导入加局部注射曲安奈德治疗膝骨性关节炎具有良好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the efficiency of Huoxue Zhitong tincture iontophoresis（HZTI） and local injection of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：The observer group was treated with HZTI and local injection of triamcinolone acetonide,while the control group with only local injection of triamcinolone acetonide.Both groups were observed and the visual analog pain scale（VAS） and WOMAC osteoarthritis index were recorded.Results：WOMAC index after the treatment was significantly improved in both groups as compared to before the treatment.Moreover,the clinical efficacy of the observer group was better than the control group.Conclusion：HZTI and local injection of triamcinolone acetonide is an effective therapy for knee osteoarthritis.
