椎间盘造影术在腰椎退行性疾病外科手术治疗中的临床意义 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨椎间盘造影术在腰椎退行性疾病外科手术治疗中的应用和临床意义。方法收治25例腰椎退行性疾病患者,行椎间盘造影确定诊断及受累间隙,行相应手术治疗。根据随访疼痛缓解程度并参照VAS、JOA评分进行临床评定。结果23例随访14～27个月,术后VAS评分及术后2周JOA评分与术前相比有显著差异。手术疗效优良率达87%。结论结合临床表现,行椎间盘造影术可于术中明确椎间盘源性腰痛的原因,选择性融合,对腰椎退行性疾病外科手术治疗有显著的临床意义。
