腰椎峡部裂手术方法的选择 被引量:7

摘要 随着椎弓根钉内固定技术的日益成熟以及牢固固定所提供的诸多优点,手术治疗腰椎峡部裂已逐渐成为主要治疗方法.但同时由此产生的与手术有关并发症也在增加。临床中应该如何选择最佳的手术方式以获得最好的手术效果。回顾总结自2001年6月~2008年6月,笔者在治疗这类病例时的经验,报告如下。
