摘要
基于点扩展函数,推导出内窥式共焦成像系统的相干传递函数。结果表明:该系统成像具有卷积性质,是一个线性平移不变系统。分析了分辨率与针孔及光纤半径之间的关系,提出了最佳归一化针孔半径,设计并建立一套共焦成像系统,获得了鉴别率板的共焦和离焦像。
The coherent transfer function of endoscopic confocal imaging system is derived based on point spread function.The results show that the system is linearly shift-invariant system with convolution property.The relationship between pinhole and fiber radius and resolution is analyzed and the optimum pinhole radius is proposed.A conlocal emaging system is designed and built.In-focus and out-of-focus images of bar are obtained.
