咪达唑仑与丙泊酚对儿童心内直视术后镇静效果分析

Study on the sedative effections of propofol and midazolam in the children with cardiovascular surgery

目的：探索咪达唑仑与丙泊酚在儿童体外循环心内直视术后的镇静效果。方法：选择40例心内直视术后需镇静治疗的患儿,其中20例患儿给予丙泊酚镇静,另外20例采用咪达唑仑镇静,观察用药后的镇静效果。结果：40例患儿用药后人机对抗均减轻,氧合和通气均改善,其中37例镇静达到34级,有效率为92.5%。丙泊酚起效快、苏醒快,费用高;咪达唑仑起效快、苏醒稍慢,费用低。结论：先心病术后需呼吸支持,烦躁,人机对抗明显的患儿应用丙泊酚和咪达唑仑镇静能取得满意效果,可以根据预计带机时间选择合适的镇静药物。

Objective： To compare the sedative effection of propofol and midazolam in the children with cardiovascular surgery.Methods： Propofol or midazolam was used in each group of 20 children undergoing cardiovacular surgery.Results： Both of propofol and midazolam got satisfactory sedative effections,and the total effective rate is 92.5%.Conclusion： Propofol and midazolam are both effective sedtive drugs in in the children with cardiovascular surgery.We can chose different of them according to the duration of mechanical ventilation predictively.
