信阳市2008年传染病网络直报及时性的评价

The evaluation of the timeliness of the direct network reporting system for infectious diseases in Xinyang city in 2008

目的:通过对信阳市2008年传染病网络直报及时性与2004年的比较,及2008年报告的传染病依据不同地区及不同病种的统计分析,发现我市传染病网络直报及时性存在的问题。方法:选择传染病网络直报中的及时性指标,对2008年和2004年信阳市《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告的甲、乙、丙类传染病报告卡进行对比分析;对2008年不同机构、不同病种报告的传染病及时性进行对比分析。结果:信阳市传染病网络直报及时性从2004年的79.45%提高到2008年的83.45%;但不同地区间、不同传染病网络直报机构之间、不同传染病病种之间的网络直报及时率差异较大。结论:信阳市传染病网络直报及时性较过去有较大进步,但仍需加强对传染病网络直报及时率低下的县(区)、直报机构进行重点督导,以进一步提高全市传染病网络直报的及时性。

Objective： Through the analysis of the timeliness of the direct network reporting of infectious diseases in different years,regions,and kinds in Xinyang City,we could find the questions.Methods：The target of the reporting timeliness.Analyze the reporting timeliness of the report cards of A,B and C infettious diseases from Information Management System for Disease Surveillance and Report by comparing 2008 with 2004.Carry on the comparative analysis from different regions and kinds of the reporting timeliness in 2008.Results：The rates of report timeliness were 79.45% and 83.45% in Xinyang City in 2004 and 2008.But the differences between the different regions,agencies and kinds of the direct network reporting of infectious diseases were great.Conclusion： Besides in the past,the quality of the timeliness of the direct network reporting of infectious diseases have greatly improved in Xinyang City.In order to improve the ratio of report timeliness in the whole city,need to strengthen supervision in the counties（districts） and agencies where the rates of report timeliness were low.
