摘要
针对渤海A油田稠油脱水系统处理能力低、脱出水水质差的问题,通过三相分离器水室增设收油管线、优化来液流程、调整脱水药剂及提高脱水温度等措施对稠油脱水工艺进行了优化,取得了明显效果,脱水量明显增加,原油含水率、污水含油量明显降低,而脱水量的增加又解决了油田注水水源不足的问题。
Aiming at problems of the low efficiency of the dehydration system and the poor quality of the separated water from the heavy crude of A oil- field in Bohai Sea, the measures of adding pipe in water chamber of the three phase separator to receive floating oil, optimizing liquid route, adjusting dehydration chemical and lifting dehydration temperature have been taken to optimize the heavy crude dehydration process, which acquires well effect with the dehydration amount increasing visibly, the water content of crude oil and the oil content of the produced water dropping obviously. Meanwhile, the increasing of separated water quantity solves the insufficiency of injection water of A oilfield in Bohai Sea.
