单层保温海底管线钢管外壁腐蚀评价方法探讨 被引量:4

摘要 根据单层保温海底管线结构特点,选用实管设计了管端封头渗水后钢管腐蚀模拟试验装置,模拟了不同条件下钢管外壁在阴极保护作用下的电位分布,并依据实验数据对所建立的阴极保护电位场有限元计算模型进行验证,进而探讨了一种适用于单层保温海底管线钢管外壁腐蚀评价的方法。 Based on the structural characteristics of singly insulated pipeline, a full size steel pipe was used to design and install a steel pipe corrosion simulation test device. The device was used to simulate the CP potential distribution of pipe external surface for different conditions and a finite element model t:or calculating the CP potential distribution built based on the test results was verified, then a method applicable to external corrosion evaluation of singly insulated pipeline was discussed.
