摘要
开发了一种用国产TWE-711Ni焊丝焊接进口API2W50T钢的焊接工艺。无损检验和力学性能试验结果均表明,新焊接工艺能够满足焊接质量标准要求。新焊接工艺已在渤海PL19-3油田Ⅱ期开发工程项目和MODEC等国外项目得到成功应用,降低了平台建造成本,缩短了焊材进货周期,有效地保证了工程项目的顺利进行,并可为其他进口钢材焊接工艺的改进提供借鉴。
A new welding process is developed to weld the API 2W 50T steel by using TWE-711Ni welding rod made in China. The nondestructive inspection and mechanics capability experiment show that the new welding process can meet the requirements of welding quality standard. The new welding process has been applied successfully in PL19-3 oilfield development project Phase Ⅱ in Bohai Sea and MODEC oversea project, so as to reduce the platform building cost, shorten the stocking period of welding material and assuring the project schedule. The new welding process gives a good reference to improve the welding process of other imported steels.
