重组减毒单核细胞增多性李斯特菌作为疫苗载体在抗肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 将细菌疫苗用于肿瘤的治疗和预防已取得多方面的进展,单核细胞增多性李斯特菌(LM)能在专职吞噬细胞和非专职吞噬细胞内生存繁殖,可同时引起机体的细胞免疫和体液免疫。将外源性肿瘤特异性抗原导入减毒LM,可以显著诱导抗肿瘤的细胞免疫应答,是非常有效的疫苗载体。文章主要从具有胞内茵特殊优势的单核细胞增多性李斯特菌的生物学特性、做为抗肿瘤疫苗载体的优点等方面的研究进展进行了阐述。
