树突细胞在性传播疾病中的研究进展

摘要 树突细胞是目前认为最有效的抗原提呈细胞,能有效刺激T、B淋巴细胞活化,引发机体的免疫应答,将固有免疫和适应性免疫有机联系起来,这使得树突细胞在艾滋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣、生殖器疱疹等常见的性传播疾病中发挥重要作用。综述树突细胞在常见性传播疾病发生发展机制的研究进展,对疾病的防治措施的制定具有重要的意义。 Dendritic ceils (DCs) are now considered to be the most potent professional antigenpresenting cells. They can efficiently activate T and B lymphocytes to induce immune responses and link innate and adaptive immunity, which makes DCs play an important role in sexually transmitted diseases, i.e. acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), syphilis, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, etc. This review presents recent advances in the research of DCs involved in the occurrence and progression of commonly sexually transmitted diseases, which may benefit the development of prevention and treatment strategies for these diseases.
