院外感染真菌病爆发事件的回顾
摘要
近几十年来真菌病的病例数量有显著增加，其主要原因是高危人群增多，现已占所有院内感染的25％以上。在医学发展的同时，深部真菌感染也成为致死的重要原因之一。白念珠菌和曲霉是深部真菌病的最主要病原体，其他念珠菌、隐球菌、毛霉和暗色丝孢霉病等发病率也逐渐上升。随之出现多起真菌病爆发事件，即在一个局部地区或集体单位中，在短时间内突然有许多同类真菌病患者的事件，
