本文应用Ｌａｋｓｏｖ和Ｆｕｌｔｏｎ发展的方法，对态射ｆ：Ｃ→Ｓ得到了Ｆｕｌｔｏｎ［１］中二重点公式的一个推广，此处Ｃ，Ｓ分别是光滑的曲线和曲面．在文章的后一部分对得到的公式作了一些评注．

In this paper, by using the method developed by laksov and Fulton, we generalize the double point formula in Fulton for morphism f:C→S where C and S are smooth curve and smooth surface respectively. At the end of this paper, we make some remarks on our new formula.
