摘要
采用膨胀法结合金相-硬度法,在DIL-805热膨胀仪上测定了高硅及高铝Q&P钢的临界点。测定了不同冷却速度下的连续冷却转变膨胀曲线,并对比Al元素的加入对Q&P钢连续冷却转变产物的组织和硬度的影响。对制定高硅及高铝Q&P钢的热处理工艺提供一定的参考依据。
The critical points of C-Mn-Al and C-Mn-Si Q&P steel were determined by dilatometric change referencing microscopic test and hardness measurement on DIL-805 thermal dilatometer. The different expending curves of continuous cooling transformation were measured and the effects of element Al on product's microstructure and hardness after continuous cooling transformation process were compared. It provides references for establishing heat treatment process for C-Mn-Si and C-Mn-Al Q&P steel.
