摘要
用感应熔炼的方法制备了AB3型La-Mg-Ni系稀土贮氢电极合金,采用X射线衍射、Sievert型测试仪、三电极测试体系研究了合金的相结构、吸氢性能、电化学性能。X射线衍射分析结果表明,AB3型La-Mg-Ni系稀土贮氢电极合金均由(La,Mg)Ni3相、(La,Mg)2Ni7相及少量杂质相组成,为多相结构;贮氢性能实验研究表明,具有PuNi3结构的LaNi3型合金的吸氢量高于具有CaCu5结构的LaNi5型合金。
The La-Mg-Ni system AB3 hydrogen storage electrode alloys were prepared by induction melting under Ar gas atmosphere. The phase structure and electro chemical properties of these alloys were investigated by means of XRD, Sievert instrument and tri-electrode test system. XRD analyses show that these alloys consist of (La, Mg)Ni3 phase, (La, Mg)2Ni7 phase and a little impurity. The results show that maximum storage capacity of the alloys with PuNi3 structure is much higher than that of LaNi5 alloys with CaCu5 structure.
