摘要
对采用连铸工艺生产的不添加Mo元素的10NiCrMoV球扁钢进行了火工适应性研究。结果表明,这种10NiCrMoV球扁钢火工适应性较差。经800℃火工工艺后,由于珠光体量的减少和形变强化效果的消除造成球扁钢强度显著下降;经800℃水火工艺后,出现了大量的马氏体和大颗粒渗碳体造成球扁钢塑性急剧下降。
The influence of flame process on the non-molybdenum continual casting 10NiCrMoV bulb flat steel was researched. The results show that flame process flexibility of non-molybdenum 10NiCrMoV bulb flat steel is weak. The strength of 10NiCrMoV bulb flat steel is remarkably declined because of the decrease of pearlite and disappearance of distortion strengthening after flame process at 800 ℃, the plasticity of bulb flat steel is remarkably declined because lots of martensite and cementite appear after flame process at 800 ℃ and water cooling.
