反应烧结合成碳化钒颗粒增强铁基复合材料 被引量:7

VCP-reinforced Iron Matrix Composites Produced by Sintering Synthesis

摘要 以铬铁粉、钼铁粉、钒铁粉、铁粉和碳黑为原料,原位反应合成了VC-Fe基复合材料,并用扫描电镜、X射线衍射等测试方法对试样进行了组织结构分析。结果表明:在真空中烧结后,反应合成的复合材料主要相组成为V8C7和α-Fe;在氮气中烧结后,复合材料主要相组成为V(C,N)和γ-Fe;与VC相比,硬质相V(C,N)分布更均匀,颗粒形状趋于球形。 VC/Fe composite was in-situ synthesized by sintering compacts of mixed ferrochromium, ferromolybdenum, iron and carbon black powders. The microstructure of the composite was investigated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the composites sintered in vacuum mainly consist of V8C7 particles and α-Fe. The composites sintered in nitrogen consist of V(C,N) particles and γ-Fe. Compared with VC particles, V(C,N) particles exhibit more homogeneous distribution in the matrix and their shapes are round.
