摘要
用激光熔覆技术在45钢表面制备了不同成分配比的原位自生TiB2/Ni金属陶瓷复合涂层,研究了涂层的残余应力分布和开裂行为。结果表明:裂纹源产生的部位主要是熔敷层中的硬质相夹杂物、熔覆层中共晶团间显微孔和熔覆层与基材界面间的微孔洞。
Abstract:In-situ synthesized TiB2 /Ni cermet composite coatings with different compositions were fabricated on 45 steel using laser cladding. The residual stress and cracks in different coatings were studied by micro-analysis. The results show that the sites of cracks source are mainly in the hard phase, the inclusions of the cladding layer, the micro-holes between eutectics in the cladding layer and the micro-holes between cladding layer and substrate .
