摘要
通过改变激光熔覆过程中的激光功率、扫描速度等工艺参数,获得单道激光熔覆层;分析了熔覆层组织中温度梯度/凝固速度(G/R)对凝固组织生长形态的影响规律;探讨了工艺参数对熔覆层组织、性能的影响。结果表明:熔覆层的硬度随激光功率的增加先增大后减小;随扫描速度的增加,经历一个由小到大然后再由大到小的过程。
The single-layer laser cladding was obtained by changing process parameters of laser cladding including laser power, scanning speed. The influences of temperature gradient / solidification rate (G / R) on the solidification structure growth patterns were analyzed. The influences of the process parameters on microstructure and properties of the cladding layer were discussed. The results show that hardness of the cladding layer increases first and then decreases with the increase of power; with the increase of scanning speed, the hardness changes from small to big and then goes through a process of descending.
