摘要
采用扫描和透射电镜对模拟连续退火处理的试样进行分析,对含钒双相钢临界区的热处理温度和钢中钒的存在状态进行了研究。结果表明,在其他工艺条件相同时,随临界区热处理温度升高,双相钢的强度降低。双相钢中的钒主要以两种状态存在,一种是以析出物的状态存在,一种是在马氏体中以固溶状态存在,双相钢中的钒起到析出强化、细化晶粒和提高淬透性的作用。
The effects of intercritical heat treat temperature on properties and vanadium distribution of dual-phase steel with vanadium were studied by SEM and TEM. The results show that the strength reduces with intercritical annealing temperature going up, while other process condition is same. Vanadium has two kinds of existent states, one is precipitate in ferrite, another one is solute in martensite, the main roles of vanadium in dual-phase steel is precipitation strength, refining grain size and rising hardenability.
