摘要
在工厂现有条件下,提出以氨分解率作关键参数,以分三段数值动态控制来代替过去的一段数值控制盖板软氮化工艺,近似用氢碳头对软氮化过程氮势的动态控制,以较低成本提高盖板软氮化硬度合格稳定性;同时以软氮化过程中氨分解率不断提高的数据说明,软氮化在渗层深合格的前提下,工艺周期可以进一步缩短。
On the basis of existing conditions, with the purpose of decreasing cost and increasing the stability of the soft nitriding hardness, ammonia dissociation rate as the key parameters to dynamically control the soft-nitriding process by three steps was introduced, which similar to dynamically control the soft-nitriding process by hydrogen sensor, instead of original control by only one step. With increasing data of soft nitriding ammonia dissociation rate during soft-nitriding process, the process cycle can be further shortened provided that nitriding depth is within specification.
