摘要
研究了亚温淬火工艺对45钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,探讨了亚温淬火条件下,奥氏体晶粒细化和马氏体转变的特点。结果表明,在760~810℃,随淬火温度升高,45钢的强度、硬度升高;高于810℃后,强度、硬度逐渐下降。45钢亚温淬火后得到细小的板条状马氏体组织,其原因与奥氏体晶粒细化及铁素体存在分布状态有关。
The effects of subcritical quenching processes on microstructure and properties of 45 steel were studied, and the characteristic of austenite grain refinement and martensite transformation under subcritical quenching was discussed. The results show that at 760~810 ℃, the strength and hardness of 45 steel increase with the quenching temperature rising. The strength and hardness drop off when the quenching temperature above 810 ℃. The small lath-like martensite is gotten after subcritical quenching, which is related with austenite grain refinement and the distribution state of ferrite.
