脑梗死后神经元轴突损伤及再生受抑的机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 中枢神经系统损伤后的再生受抑源于一类对轴突生长起抑制作用的髓鞘蛋白,这类髓鞘蛋白包括Nogo-66、髓鞘结合糖蛋白(MAG)和少突胶质细胞一髓鞘糖蛋白(OMgp)。Nogo-66,MAG和OMgp结合神经元细胞膜上的Nogo-66受体(NgR1)后,通过两个跨膜式蛋白LINGO-1和p75进一步激活下游的RhoA而发挥抑制神经纤维生长的作用^[1-3]。
