摘要 介绍了双能量一次曝光法能量减影的基本原理,阐述了采用此技术进行选择性地提取人体肺部骨组织和软组织的理论基础,说明了应用软件方法实现能量减影的具体步骤,其中包括通过散射校正和硬化校正等提高处理质量的过程,最后给出了实验结果,并用三维曲面图加以分析.结果表明,能量减影方法能显著提高肺部细密组织的成像效果,便于更加明晰地发现病灶的部位,为诸如肿瘤的前期诊断提供可靠的依据. This paper introduces principles of one short dual energy subtraction, a technique of CR (Computed Radiography). And the theoretic basis to selectively extract rib and soft tissue in thorax by using this technique is presented. Moreover, a procedure of energy subtraction with software is mentioned in details, including the ways to improve quality of processing by scatter correction and beam hardening correction. Finally, the experimental results and the analyzing conclusion with 3 D curved surface diagram are presented. It proves the improved imaging effect of detail tissue in thorax by this method, and can conspicuously detect lesion in lung and provide reliable testimony for the previous diagnosis of tumor.
