摘要
分析了高校工科学生理论知识的结构与工程技术能力的现状,结合在校生国际焊接工程师的培训与资格认证过程,提出了"学历+资格"培养模式,建立工程能力实践和工程能力培训机制,制定教学计划应遵循的原则和方法,并提出了教学实施的一系列相关措施。
The current situation of the theoretical knowledge structure and engineering capabilities of engineering students are analyzed.Combined with international welding engineer training and qualification process for college students,the training model of the 'academy degree + qualification' was proposed and the mechanism of engineering capability practice and training was built.At the same time,the principles and methods followed by instructional plan are established,a series of related measures for teaching practice are proposed.
