摘要
采用QSn6.5-0.1锡青铜中间层合金对40CrNiMoA高强钢进行了扩散连接工艺研究,通过扫描电镜及能谱等分析方法对形成接头的组织、元素分布、力学性能及断口形貌进行了测试分析;分析结果表明:QSn6.5-0.1作为中间层合金扩散连接40CrNiMoA是可行的,连接强度与中间层合金等强;从断口的形貌可知属于韧性断裂,说明扩散连接形成的接头适用于一些具有一定冲击、震动载荷的零部件的连接。
The experiment of the diffusion bonding of high-strength steel 40CrNiMoA was carried out with tin bronze and QSn6.5-0.1 interlayer. The joint strength was tested.The microstrueture and fracture surface were observed by SEM,and some microzones and elements distribution in the joint were analyzed by EDS.The results show that the QSn6.5-0.1 interlayer can be used for diffusion bonding of 40CrNiMoA,and the joint strength is equal to that of the interlayer alloy.The ductile fracture is confirmed by fracture appearance,which indicates the diffusion bonding joint is suitable for the accessory under the environment of impact and vibration.
