Interpretation of Two Documents of Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control(IPPC) in European Union Leather Industry

摘要 依据2003年和2009年欧盟皮革行业综合污染及控制(IPPC)文件,分析了近年欧盟制革行业污染物排放量下降的原因,提出几种清洁生产工艺用于我国制革行业后对污染物达标状况的影响,并阐述了新欧洲化学法规——《关于化学品注册、评估、许可和限制的法规》(REACH法规)实施的正面效应。 The comparison between the documents of integrated pollution prevention and control about European Union leather industry in 2003 and in 2009 was made, and the current situation and improvement of pollution prevention and control in leather industry of Europe were got by understanding the difference between the two documents. In reference of information above, the influence of some clean tehnology on our leather industry was presented. And the positive effects of new European chemical legislation--Concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) were stated.
