摘要
通过对激光照射圆柱形压力容器产生的变形条纹进行理论分析,讨论了圆柱形容器在加载前后两次曝光中干涉条纹形成的基本规律;对有缺陷的压力容器进行了激光全息试验,分析了有缺陷容器畸变条纹所对应的位移场.试验结果表明,激光全息照相技术对压力容器进行无损探伤具有重要的应用价值.
This paper theoretically analyses the deformation stripes produced by using laser beam to light up the cylindrical pressure vessels, then discusses the basic law of interference stripe forming in exposures before and after the cylindrical vessels were pressurized. Some vessels with defects are tested by using laser hologram, and analyses of the displacement fields are conducted corresponding to the distortion stripes of defect vessels. The experiment results show that it has important value to apply laser hologram technique in the nondestructive inspection of pressure vessels.
