摘要
以电子元件的冷却为背景,对矩形腔内有不同热负荷的分散凸起热源的空气自然对流换热问题进行了实验研究,并对实验结果进行了理论分析.得出了在总加热功率恒定的条件下,分散热源的表面温度和换热系数仅与其自身的加热功率和换热条件有关,而和其它热源的功率分配几乎无关的结论.
Cooling of electronic components has led to an experimental study of heat transfer in an enclosure with three discrete heat sources on one of its vertical wall. The important conclusion is that the heat transfer coefficient and surface temperature of each heat source are only related to its own heating power and height on the vertical wall. Heating power of two other neighboring heat sources has little or no influence on the third. That is interaction effects can be ignored.
