摘要 钙拮抗剂（calcium antagonists，CA）是一组由多种抗高血压药物组成，通过电压依赖性通道阻断钙离子穿膜内流进入细胞，抑制肌动蛋白-肌球蛋白复合体的激活而抑制肌肉收缩的药物，于20世纪60年代进入临床。钙通道由α1亚单位和α2、β、γ、δ几个辅助亚单位构成。α1亚单位决定各型钙通道对电压和药理学敏感性的差异，包含数个不同的功能区域，这些区域成为CA的结合位点，
