Gastric cancer is a kind of common malignant tumor that poses a great threat to human health.Helicobacter pylori（H pylori） infection has been established as the main cause of gastric cancer and a bad prognosis factor for the disease.In this article, we will review the correlation between H pylori infection and local infiltration of gastric cancer to explore the possible role of H pylori infection in gastric cancer metastasis.
