小切口白内障术中下方大范围虹膜根部离断修复方法探讨

A new apporach to the repair ofiridodiastasis from the bottom of a wide range during the minor incision extaction of cataracts

目的探讨小切口白内障术中下方大范围虹膜根部离断修复的新方法及术后效果。方法对17例小切口白内障术中发生的下方大范围虹膜根部离断用“注射针引线法”施行缝合修复。结果所有17例术中虹膜根部离断患者经“注射针引线法”修复，全部恢复虹膜的位置和瞳孔形态，随访半年，效果满意。结论对小切口白内障术中下方大范围虹膜根部离断的恢复提供一种新的有效处理方法，避免操作损伤角膜内皮，值得临床上应用。

Objective To discuss a new approach to repair the iridodiastasis from the bottom of a wide range occurred during the small incision cataract extraction.And Skill queen effect is tracked.Methods ＂The injection needle Ⅲ thread it＂ was used in 17 cases of iridodiastasis from the bottom of a wide range oc- curred during the small incision cataract extraction surgery.Repair of iridodiastasis by suture.Results All 17 cases of iridodiastasis fully recovered after ＂The injection needle Ⅲ thread it＂, desirable effects obtained for halfa year follow-up visit.Conclusions This study provide another new and effective approach for repair iri- dodiastasis, avoid damage to corneal endothelium.R is worth the clinical popularization and application.
