摘要
利用X射线衍射及微电泳的方法研究了镁铝氢氧化物正电溶胶.结果表明:随着m(Mg)∶m(Al)比值的增加,其溶胶的固含量和粒子ζ电位均增加,在m(Mg)∶m(Al)≥3∶1,溶胶中只有镁铝氢氧化物,其结构为类水滑石结构,六方晶系,三层叠加结构;随着胶溶温度的升高,镁铝氢氧化物的晶胞常数也随之增加,颗粒形状趋向于规则的六角层状,颗粒粒径和溶胶粒子ζ电位随胶溶和陈化温度的升高而增加.
Using intercalation method,the positive sol of magnesium aluminum hydroxide was prepared,and its crystal structure and ζ potential were studied with XRD and microelectrophoresis instruments.Results showed that the increase of the ratio of m (Mg)∶ m (Al),the content of solid and ζ potential of magnesium aluminum hydroxide were also increased.When m (Mg)∶ m (Al)≥3∶1,magnesium aluminum hydroxide existed only in the sol,its crystal structure was hydrotalcite like,belonged to hexagonal crystal system,which superposed three layers.Both ζ potential and particle size increase with the increase of the peptizing and ageing temperature,the shape of particles was hexagonal plated.The crystal lattices increase with the increase of the peptizing temperature.
