摘要
按照已有的方法分别对４个生产厂家生产的共２８个雷司令品牌的干白、半干白葡萄酒样品中的游离氨基酸进行了分析测定，对分析结果，采用直接判别和逐步判别方法进行了葡萄酒生产厂家的多元判别分析，得到了令人满意的识别结果．
Seventeen free amino acid variables and twenty eight dry or medium wine samples were analyed.Two stepwise discriminant analysis methods were performed by using all the data for four groups.Results obtained is satisfactory.
