摘要
在NH3-NH4Cl(pH9.2及pH5.6)底液中,采用玻碳电极镀汞膜作工作电极,经阴极电解富集后,铜(Ⅱ)在-0.48V(vs.SCE),锌(Ⅱ)在-1.08V左右呈现良好的氧化溶出峰.峰高对浓度的线性范围:铜为0.1~2.5μg/20mL,锌为0.2~4.6μg/20mL.用该方法直接测定了黄酒中的微量铜和锌.
In NH 3 NH 4Cl (pH 9.2 or 5.6) solution with a glass carbon mercury plated electrode as work electrode, Cu(II) and Zn(II) can produce a sensitive potentiometric stripping peaks. The copper of peak at about -0.48 V (vs. SCE) and zinc at about -1.08 V. The analytical ranges are 0.1~2.5 μg/20 mL of Cu, 0.2~4.6 μg/20 mL of Zn. The method has been used for the determination of copper and zinc in wine.
