摘要
用2μmol·L-1、5μmol·L-1NiCl2·6H2O浸泡早稻“921”种子,探讨镍对稻种萌发的影响及生理生化背景.结果表明:镍能有效加快稻种萌发进程、提高萌发整齐度.在浸种早期,镍显著增强种子电解质外渗及SOD、CAT活力;至浸种后期,镍在降低电解质外渗及SOD、CAT活力的同时。
The effects of nickel on germination of rice and its physiological and biochemical background was investigated. The results indicated that germination speed was enhanced remarkably by soaking the seeds with 2 μmol·L -1 ,5 μmol·L -1 NiCl 2·6H 2O.At the early stage of soaking, nickel improved SOD,CAT activities and electrolytic leakage; and at the late stage of soaking, nickel improved POD activity remarkably and decreased SOD, CAT activities and electrolytic leakage.
