摘要
论述了基于光固化成型的功能零件无模具快速精铸新技术,该技术将激光快速成型技术与精密铸造工艺结合起来,特别适宜具有复杂形状的金属功能零件整体制造.在新产品试制和零件的单件小批量生产中,不需复杂工装及模具,可大大提高制造速度,并降低制造成本.通过烟机叶片的制造实例,对这项新技术的工艺过程进行了深入的研究,提出了适用于功能零件无模具精密铸造生产的中空内部支撑光固化原型结构.
Combining the stereolitheography prototyping with the conventional investment casting technology, complex shaped one piece functional metallic part could be made rapidly without using dies. Complex tooling is no longer required. This leads to time and cost saving, particularly for trail manufacturing of new products and or small batch production. The proposed technique has been used for blade casting. It is proposed that the stereolithography prototype used for investment casting must be inner hollow structure with supports.
