DZ125高温合金表面激光熔覆Co基合金的组织和冲蚀性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用激光熔覆技术在DZ125高温合金表面制备了Co基合金熔覆层,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪及HV-1000型显微硬度计测试了Co基合金熔覆层的组织结构,截面显微硬度.利用自制冲蚀设备对其耐冲蚀性能进行研究.结果表明:熔覆层与基体形成良好的冶金结合,交界处组织具有定向凝固特征且晶粒生长方向垂直于界面;在不同角度下熔覆层耐冲蚀性能各异,熔覆层的硬度是材料抗冲蚀性能影响因素之一. Metallurgical bonding and compact alloy layers were prepared by laser cladding Co - based alloy powders on DZ125 superalloy. The microstructure of the laser cladded coating was investigated by using optical microscopy ( OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , X - ray diffraction ( XRD ) and sectional mierohardnSss was measured on a HV - 1000 microhardness tester. The erosive resistance of the coating was investigated. The results indicated good metallurgical bonding between coating and substrate. Rapid directional solidification was found at the interface where the growth direction was perpendicular to the interface. The erosive resistance of the coatings depended on impact angles, and hardness was one of factors affecting the erosion rate of material.
