举重运动员肌钙蛋白T相关基因多态性分析 被引量:2

The Polymorphism of the Troponin T-related Gene in Elite Weightlifters

摘要 目的:研究优秀举重运动员骨骼肌肌钙蛋白T(TnT)基因多态性分布特征,为举重运动员选材提供分子遗传学标记的参考。方法:采用扩增片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法分别测定优秀举重运动员和普通对照人群sTnT基因SNP/C7761T和fTnT基因SNP/T7955C的分布特征。结果:sTnT基因SNP/C7761T和fTnT基因SNP/T7955C多态位点均符合H-W平衡;运动员组sTnT基因SNP/C7761T分布和fTnT基因SNP/T7955C分布与对照组之间均无显著性差异。结论:sTnT基因SNP/C7761T和fTnT基因SNP/T7955C不能作为举重运动员选材的分子遗传学标记。 Objective To validate whether troponin T (TNT) gene can be used as molecular genetic markers for selection of elite weightlifters.Methods Using PCR-RFLP(Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism) to measure the Characteristics of distribution of SNP/C7761T in sTnT gene and SNP/T7955C in fTnT gene of elite athletes group (A) and normal control group(C),Resuks(1) Polymorphic loci of SNP/C7761T in sTnT gene and SNP/T7955C in fTnT gcne were ~t with the B-W equilibrium. (2) There was no significant difference of SNP/C7761T in sTnT gene and SNP/T7955C i a, fTnT gene between elite athlete group and normal control group. Conclusion SNP/C7761T in sTnT gene and SNP/T7955C in fTnT gene can not be used as molecular genetic markers for selection of elite weighthifters
