脊柱手术对红细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of spinal sugery on the immune function of erythrocyte

目的探讨脊柱手术对老年患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法脊柱手术患者32例(A组)以郭峰法测不同时间点红细胞Ⅰ型补体受体花环率(RC3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RICR)和自然肿瘤红细胞花环率(NTERR);同时以20例健康老年人(B组)作为对照。术后第7天行彩色多普勒超声检查,评价下肢深静脉通畅情况。结果手术后1,3,5 d,A组RC3bRR、NTERR明显低于术前、术后7 d和B组,而RICR高于术前、术后7 d和B组(P<0.05)。A组术后第7天有3例发生深静脉血栓。结论脊柱手术后红细胞免疫功能降低,清除循环免疫复合物能力下降,可能是术后深静脉血栓形成的原因之一。

Objective To study the effect of spinal sugery on the immune function of erythrocyte in the elderly.Methods The red blood cell C3b receptor erythrocyte rate（RC3bRR）,immune complex rate（RICR） and natural tumour erythrocyte rosette rate（NTERR） were detected with Guo Feng method in 32 elder cases（group A） underwent spinal surgery one day before and on the 1st,3rd,5th,7th postoperative day.The data were compared to those in 20 healthy old people（group B）.Results On the 1st,3rd,5th postoperative day,RC3bRR and NTERR were lower,but RICR was higher in group A than those one day before,on the 7th postoperative day and in group B（P0.05）.Color Doppler ultrasound detected 3 cases with deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities in group A.Conclusion The immune function of RBC is reduced after spinal surgery with a reduced ability of eliminating the circulating immune compound,which may be one of the factors for developing deep vein thrombosis after spinal surgery.
