大鼠深Ⅱ°烧伤创面修复中羟脯氨酸、胶原比例和真皮细胞DNA增殖周期动态变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨大鼠深Ⅱ°烧伤创面修复过程中羟脯氨酸、胶原比例和真皮细胞DNA增殖周期动态变化。方法建立深Ⅱ°烧伤模型SD大鼠35只,其中10只大鼠观察创面愈合面积累积百分比,其余25只均分为5组,分别于烧伤后3、5、7、14和21 d观测创面中羟脯氨酸、胶原比例和真皮细胞DNA增殖周期及创面愈合百分比的变化。另取5只大鼠作为正常对照组。结果烧伤组第14和21天羟脯氨酸含量高于对照组。烧伤组第7、14和21天皮肤组织中Ⅲ/Ⅰ型胶原比例、真皮细胞S期DNA分布高于对照组。创面愈合时间(21.3±1.3)d。结论深Ⅱ°烧伤创面,烧伤后7~21 d主要表现为成纤维细胞增殖和新生胶原合成,伤后14~21 d主要为表皮细胞增殖和迁移。 Objective To observe the dynamic changes of hydroxyproline,collagen and dermal cells,the proportion of DNA cell cycle in deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds during the repair process in rats.Methods After establishing deep Ⅱ degree burn model in 35 SD rats,wound healing changes were observed in 10 rats,and hydroxyproline,collagen ratio and dermal cell proliferation cycle of DNA were studied on the 3rd,5th,7th,14th and 21st day after burn with 5 rats each time point.Another 5 rats were taken as the healthy controls.Results The hydroxyproline content was higher in burn rats than that in the controls on the 14th and 21st day after burn.The skin tissue Ⅲ/Ⅰ collagen ratio and dermal DNA distribution of the cells in S phase were higher in burn rats than those in the controls on the 7th,14th and 21st day after burn.The wound healing time was(21.3±1.3) d.Conclusion On the surface of deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds,fibroblast proliferation and new collagen synthesis are the main manifestations on the 7th to 21st day after burn,and epidermal cell proliferation and migration are the main manifestations on the 14th to 21st day after burn burn.
