脱除结晶水的流化床游离含水率的计算

A Calculation of Free Water Content for Drying Crystals in a Fluid_bed

对含结晶水的固体物料在流化床中的干燥过程进行了分析，得出了流化床内物料结晶水相变蒸发段的局域游离含水率和停留时间的计算式，并分析了影响局域游离含水率的因素。可为流化床干燥含结晶水物料的设备及其工艺的设计提供参考。

The drying process of various crystals with combined water at a fluidized_bed has been studied in this paper.The local content of free water and the necessary time of drying are presented.The parameters which effect that content are analyzed as well.
