摘要
介绍了一种谐振式逆变焊机的工作原理及其设计方法,并给出了具体电路的原理框图,指出了串联谐振式电路中电流过零点检测问题及二极管反向恢复问题的处理方法,给出了设计的250A焊机的实测数据。
This paper introduces the principle of the resonant inverter welder and its design method. The detail circuit block is given. The detecting technique of zero current and diode recovering in the series circuit are discussed and the date about 250A welder being designed is provided.
