脐血造血干细胞归巢的研究进展

摘要 脐血作为一种造血干细胞来源已被普遍认可。但是脐血造血干细胞移植(UCBT)后植入延迟问题仍是影响UCBT广泛应用的最大障碍,因此关于UCBT植入动力学和脐血造血干细胞归巢的机制研究已受到广泛关注。本文针对近年来这些方面的主要研究和进展作一综述。
